Our new Fitness Classes Timetable is starting from January 3rd and there are a few additions to our ever growing offer:
Yoga 4 Sports – By improving not only flexibility but posture, body mechanics, and awareness as well, yoga can make every form of training you do more effective and efficient. Start your morning with Lexi on Wednesdays from 6.40 to 7.55 am.
SGT: Powerbells – This class caters for all and with unlimited combinations, our qualified instructor will guide you through an intense and effective workout. Join Matt every Friday between 5.25 and 5.55 pm.
Power Skipping – The class is a mixture of exercises with skipping ropes, resistance bands and body weight, all combined to make a great fat burner cardio workout. Try it out with Elena on Saturdays 4.00 till 4.50 pm.

We will be holding a National Pool Lifeguard Course with AED module at Chesterton Sports Centre.
Dates: 13/02/17 – 17/02/17 (8.30 am-5.30 pm)
Assessment: 18/02/17 (3-4 hours)
Cost: £250 (includes course book and assessment fee)
Bookings are taken at Reception with full payment and a completed and signed enrolment form

Skipping ropes are for children? Wrong!
Power skipping is a fun class for all abilities. The class is a mixture of exercises with skipping ropes, resistance bands and body weight, all combined to make a great fat burner cardio workout, aimed to speed up your metabolism, benefit your cardiovascular system, coordination, strength as well as build up your agility and general fitness.
You can try it for free on Saturday 25th February 4.00 pm in the Dance Studio – book your space by contacting our Reception or via online booking system.

Thursdays 11.30 am – 12.00 noon.
Ladies only swim for as little as £3. No booking required – simply turn up.
This session is for adult females only who would prefer privacy while using the pool. Blinds will be pulled down around poolside and café windows. Pool equipment will be available for use.
